As I write this, it is MINUS 30 degrees outside. Without windchill. I
know we've had a balmy winter so far around here, but bundling up two
preschoolers in all that snow gear 47 times a day to trek to and from
school is seriously not fun. What is nice is that after the drop-off
at school I get to sit here and "work" with my hot coffee beside me
and a warm fire to keep the cold out. Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh...

Q. Will my book sell?
A. We cannot control the sales of anyone's
book - we can only advise. Where do we begin with the variables? To
begin, the work of writing and selling the book are yours. Period.
Ultimately, it is your business. However, the key is in knowing your
target market and then in finding out where those people might buy
books or look for the information in your book. Your writing style
must be excellent and well edited and the book must be professionally
designed. It's tough out there, so be a perfectionist.

you start?
The first
question to ask yourself is this: Why do I want to write a
